摘要
当前女性职业生涯阻隔主要表现为职业生涯入口的就业歧视、家庭与工作的冲突和晋升中的"玻璃天花板"。我国的传统文化和社会性别观念,平等就业保障机制的缺失,用人单位先入为主的统计性歧视及人力资本投入差异和女性群体自身因素是其影响因素。因此,要消除女性职业生涯阻隔,就要切实加强政府对女性职业发展的政策支撑,营造消除女性职业生涯阻隔的良好氛围,加强社会组织的引导和服务作用,女性自身要树立职业发展和职场竞争意识,做好职业生涯规划,获取家庭支持。
Career obstacle is a huge pressure and problem that modern women face. The removal of women' s career is of great significance to construct harmonious society. The present women' s career obstacle is manifested in a "glass ceiling" of employment discrimination, the conflict between family and work, and promotion. Our traditional cultural and social gender concepts and the inadequacy of equal employment safeguard, the employees' statistic discrimination, and human capital investment differenee and women' s own factors are its influencing factors. Therefore, to remove women' s career factors, the government should strengthen its policy support for women' s career development. And we should create a favorable atmosphere to remove this sort of obstacles and enforce the instruction and service of social organizations. And women should establish career development and competition, and make career design to gain support from families.
