女性生活价值观与生活心理状态的相关研究

Relationship between women's life values and life psychological status

通过使用赵伶俐等人编写的《重庆女性特质与素质调查问卷》,对791名重庆女性进行了问卷调查,从中选取了关于生活价值观和生活心理的题项进行分析,考察了女性的生活价值观和生活心理状态的现状,进而探讨了生活价值观与生活心理状态的关系。所得结论如下:(1)就生活价值观而言,对亲情和工作的重视是女性主要的生活价值观取向。(2)就生活心理状态而言,她们更多的认为自己和他人都是幸福的,且幸福指数显著高于平均指数;长期心理状态是以紧张繁忙和积极心理为主导的;近期心理是以积极心态为主要倾向的。(3)就生活价值观与生活心理状态的关系而言,对于生活价值观与幸福感的关系,不同生活价值取向(除恋人)的女性普遍感到自己和他人是幸福的,且幸福指数显著高于平均指数。

Objective ：To examine the present situation of women＇ s life values and life psychology and the relationship between women＇s life values and life psychological status. Method： 791 Chongqing women were investigated by the questionnaire of Chongqing female characteristics prepared by Zhao Linli. Results（ 1 ）The attention to affection and work is the main tendency of women＇s living values. （2） They think they are happy and well-being index is significantly higher than the average index; long-term psychological status is busy and positive; the main tendency of recent psychological status is positive. （3）The women with different living values （except for lovers） feel that they and others are happy and well-being index is significantly higher than the average index.
