吉祥草药材薄层色谱检测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立吉祥草药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:吉祥草前处理后,分别以:1)氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(1.5∶4∶2.7∶1);2)氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(2∶4∶2.4∶1.2下层)为展开剂,对吉祥草中剀提皂苷元和剀提5-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖皂苷进行薄层鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,能有效鉴别吉祥草中剀提皂苷元和剀提5-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖皂苷。 Objective To establish methods of TLC identification for Reineekea carnea (Andr.) Kunth. Methods TLC identification and analysis was studied on the various extractions by different solvents. TLC system was performed for identifing kitigenin and neoaspidistrin respectively by : 1 ) chloroformethyl acetate-methyl alcohol-water ( 1.5 : 4: 2.7 : 1.1 ) ; 2 ) developed at room temperature with the phase of chloroform-ethyl acetate-methyl alcohol-water ( 1 : 2: 1 : 0. 2 ). Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear.
