摘要
可编程控制器广泛应用领域中对多种物质混合的控制。以两种液体混合装置的控制为例,分析了控制原理和控制过程以及调试方法,从而总结了可编程控制器灵活性和通用性强,编程语言简单易学,PLC与外部设备的连接简单、使用方便,PLC控制系统的设计、调试周期短,PLC体积小、重量轻、价格低、易于实现机电一体化,抗干扰能力强、可靠性高,PLC的功能强、功能的扩展能力强等特点。
PLC is widely applied in the field of multi-material mixture control.This paper takes the control of two liquid fluid mixing device as example,and analyzes the control scheme,control procedure and adjustment methods.Consequently,it concludes,for example,the features of PLC,the flexibility and universality of PLC,accessibility of the programming language,interface simplicity with other device,conveniency of using,and the relative short developing period.Moreover,it describes the physical characters of PLC,such as the smaller volume,the light weight,the relative lower cost,so that it can be easily applied for the servomechanism,Finally,the paper concludes that the new devices have strong applying features of high anti-influence ability,high reliability,robust function and flexible function upgrading ability.
