摘要
针对当前大学生就业压力日趋增大的现象,本文通过问卷方式,向大学生做调查,了解大学生就业压力的构成和面对压力采用何种应对方式,以及在性别上的差异,对开展大学生就业指导,有效缓解大学生就业心理压力具有重要意义。
Aimed at the phenomenon of the increasing employment pressure of university graduates, the paper investigates the university students with questionnaires in order to explore the components of the employment pressure of university students and different gender approaches to deal with it. It is significant to carry out employment guidance to effectively relieve the psychological employment pressure of college students.
