我国目前处在社会深刻变革的历史时期,面对人民群众对优质教育资源有着强烈需求而优质教育资源供给又严重不足的基本矛盾,笔者运用制度分析方法,从教育的准公共产品属性入手,对我国转型期教育投资市场的基本因素、运行特点进行分析,希冀对现行的教育投资制度研究有所帮助。

China is currently in the historical period of profound social change. In the face of the basic contradictions that the masses of people have a strong demand for high-quality educational resources and high-quality educational resources are in a serious shortage of supply, the author analyzes the basic factors and operational characteristics of the educational investment market in the transitional period of China, using the method of system analysis from the beginning of the quasi-public product attributes of education. It is to be hoped that some cnnstructive conanents for the existing system of educational investment can be put forward through these analysis.
