多原发癌的临床诊治和预后分析

Multiple Primary Malignant Tumors:Clinical Analysis of 12 Cases

目的探讨多原发癌的病因、诊断、治疗及预后。方法对我科2007年11月～2009年6月收治的12例多原发癌临床资料进行统计分析。结果本组多原发癌共12例,占同期收治609例肿瘤病例的1.97%。其中8例同时性多原发癌,4例为异时性多原发癌。12例患者中有5例死亡,其生存期3～9个月,中位生存期为4个月,其余7例仍健在。结论临床工作中应足够重视多原发癌,避免误诊和漏诊,尽可能早期发现、早期诊治,采用综合治疗方法,获得较好疗效。

Objective To analysis the etiological factors,diagnosis , therapy and prognosis of multiple primary malignant tumors. Methods Clinical features of multiple primary malignant tumors of 12 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 12 patients suffered from multiple primary malignant tumors ,which occupied 2.0% of the cancer patients treated in our department of radiation oneology in the corresponding period. There were 8 synchronous and 4 metachronous patients. Among 12 patients ,5 patients were dead , survived from 3 to 9momths,with the median survival time being 4 months. 7 patients had been still living. Conclusion Screening for mul- tiple primary cancers is necessary. Early diagnose and timely proper treatment will bring about better curative effects.
