摘要
以BaCO3、SrCO3和TiO2为原料,通过固相烧结方法制备了Ba1-xSrxTiO3(0≤x≤1)。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、以及阻抗分析仪分别分析Ba1-xSrxTiO3相结构、显微组织和测量介温谱。结果表明,Sr的掺杂没有改变BaTiO3的晶体结构,Ba1-xSrxTiO3(0≤x≤1)固溶体为完全互溶固溶体,为单一的立方相,但随着锶含量的增加,居里点逐渐降低。
Ba1-xSrxTiO3 material was prepared from a mixed powder of BaCO3,SrCO3 and TiO2 by solid phase sintering.The phase structure of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics was determined by x-ray diffraction(XRD).The microstructure of as-sintered Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics was observed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The results show that the crystal structure of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics is not altered by addition of Sr,exhibiting complete solid solution with single cubic perovskite structure.The lattice constants of Ba1-xSrxTiO3,however,decrease with increasing addition of Sr,furthermore,the Curie point shifts toward lower temperature.
