摘要
利用附着力及铅笔硬度测试、浸泡试验、盐雾试验、电化学试验等方法对AZ91D镁合金表面的聚氨酯涂层及环氧聚氨酯涂层形貌和性能进行了研究,并对两种涂层的腐蚀保护效果及机理进行了探讨。结果表明,这两种涂层都能显著提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,与基材附着良好且硬度高。与聚氨酯涂层PU相比,环氧聚氨酯涂层ER/PU的耐腐蚀效果更好。
The surface morphology and corrosion resistance of polyurethane (PU) and expoxy resin/polyurethane (ER/PU) coatings on magnesium alloy AZ91D were researched by means of mass loss test, salt spray test, electrochemical test, adhesive force and hardness test. The effect of corrosion protection of the coatings and its mechanism were also investigated. The results indicate that both of PU and ER/PU coatings improve anti-corrosion properties of magnesium alloy AZ91D evidently, however, the latter is better. Meanwhile the coatings have superior adhesive force with the substrate and high hardness.
