摘要 H2S、NO及CO共同构成了机体新的气体信号分子系统,他们在体内发挥重要的生物学效应,形成独立又相互作用的体系.本文综述了气体信号分子H2S在肝硬化门脉高压发生机制中的作用及对肝脏微循环与血液动力学的影响,为肝硬化门脉高压的防治提供新的理论与策略. Gas signal molecules, such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, play an important role in the regulation of physiology and pathophysiology of the human body. In this article, we will review the role of H2S in the pathogenesis of cirrhotic portal hypertension. Besides, we will also discuss new treatment strategies for cirrhotic portal hypertension.
