摘要
胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率与发病率都很高.虽然胃癌的治疗取得了一定的进展,但仍然是导致癌症患者死亡的主要原因之一,影响化疗疗效的关键问题之一是胃癌的耐药.本文较为全面地综述了胃癌耐药的机制.
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world and has high mortality and morbidity. Although some progress has been made in the treatment of gastric cancer, it is still the main cause of death in cancer patients. Drug resistance is a major obstacle to successful chemotherapy for gastric cancer. In this article, we will review the mechanisms of drug resistance in gastric cancer.
