摘要
对高硫石油焦做燃料部分替代无烟煤进行了试验和研究。结果表明,石油焦具有热值高、灰分低的特点,将其应用到立窑水泥生产上,取代部分无烟煤,可有效降低煤灰的掺入量,在生料配方上可在保证SM、AM值不变的条件下,适当提高饱和比,对改善生料易烧性,增加熟料的早期强度,缩短凝结时间有较大帮助。
An experimental research was made to partially substituteanthracite by using rich - sulphur petroleum coke as fuel. The resultreveals that the petroleum coke has the features of high calorificvalue and low ash content. It can be used as the fuel of anthracite inverticle kiln production so as to decrease the coal dust admixture.For the proportioning of raw meal the saturation ratio may beproperly increased at the conditions of ensuring no changes of SMand AM values. This will be helpful to improve the burnability of rawmeal, hence the early strength of clinker and reduce the time ofcondensation.
