摘要
例1 男，37岁。3年前因躯十部出现多个铜元至手掌大小红褐色浸润性斑片或斑块，轻度瘙痒，近半年左大腿内侧亦现相似皮损，于2003年8月28日至我科治疗。患者病程进展缓慢，长期不愈。此间无明显全身不适。既往患乙型肝炎已4个月；家族中无类似病史。体检：一般状态良好，略显肥胖。全身浅表淋巴结未触及，各系统检查无异常。
