摘要
数据采集是长期以来困扰地理信息系统（GIS）发展的“瓶颈”问题，在简要阐述CIS对数据来集的要求后，着重论述了利用AutoCAD12．0软件制定的一系列规则和采用的一些处理方法．
Data - collecting has been a severe limit to developing of GIS for a long time. With introducing precisely requirements for data - collecting of GIS. This article mainly expounds a series of principles and processing methods,which are set up for meeting these requirements and take advantages of the AutoCAD software that is used widely on PC and has powerful processing - graph function.
