摘要
以薪资考核的公平性为目标,结合“企业薪资考核制度”和“不公平事件”的调查,借助数理统计的因子分析方法,对我国企业薪资考核中的不公平问题进行了较为深入的分析,并在此基础上提出了评价薪资考核制度的7个策略.
This article analyses the unequity of reward appraisal in corporation in China, its target being equity of reward appraisal, which is based on investigaion in system of reward apptaisal in coopration and unequity cases, and we finish it by using factor analysis of statistics. At last we give seven stategies about evaluation in system of reward appraisal.
