高等学校奖助学金对大学生的积极作用是建立在科学、公平、公正、公开的评定方式上,这样才能体现国家实施奖助学金的激励和资助作用。对于奖助学金综合测评法及利弊加以阐述并探索更加科学合理、操作性强的评定方式,以利完善奖助学金体系,促进教育的可持续发展。

National scholarship/bursary can play its positive role as spur and financial aid in higher education only when it is granted in a fair, just, open and scientific way. This paper, based on working practice, elaborates on the comprehensive assessment of national scholarship/bursary and its merits and demerits with a view to explore more rational and practicable ways of assessment for sustainable development of education.
