摘要
通过对广州地区11所高校学生法律意识状况的抽样调查和分析显示,当前大学生了解相关法律知识,但对具体的法律概念理解模糊;一方面信仰法律,另一方面对法律的现实作用却又不太信任;维护个人权益意识较强,但对维护国家或者他人利益时表现冷静。同时对当前大学生法律意识状况的原因进行了分析。
A survey of students＇ legal consciousness in 11 colleges and universities in Guangzhou indicates that today＇s college students have legal knowledge but they only vaguely understand specific legal concepts. They have faith in law but are doubtful about its practical effect. They are more conscious of their individual rights and benefits and less earnest about safeguarding the nation＇s or other people＇ s interests. The reasons are multifarious.
