摘要
高校辅导员队伍继续教育是辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的关键环节,高校辅导员队伍继续教育专门化是完善辅导员继续教育和培养机制以及辅导员继续教育可持续发展的必由之路,因而,有必要针对高校辅导员队伍开辟专门的继续教育渠道,积极探索辅导员队伍继续教育专门化的路径。
College Counselors＇ continuing education is the key to the team＇s specialization and professionalization. Specialization of their continuing education is the only way to the perfection of its cultivation mechanism and to its sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary to open special channels for college counselors＇ continuing education and actively explore effective ways.
