摘要
通过分析大口径20G钢管原工艺路线中各工序的作用,结合20G钢种的组织转变特点,找出在热扩机组采用轧制方式控制组织状态和力学性能指标的生产途径。
By analyzing the fimction of each process of original manufacturing route for large diameter pipe of 20G and combining with characteristics of 20G's microstructure transformation, solution has been found out which can get fine microstructure and good results of tensile test and impact test through Controlled-rolling and controlled-cooling on hot tube expanding mill.
