摘要
介绍了鄂钢采用转炉炼钢+热带轧制的路线试制链条用40Mn窄带钢的新工艺,通过合理设计钢的化学成分、冶炼工艺及轧制工艺,试制成功了符合国家标准的40Mn带钢,经模拟用户热处理过程及热处理后的性能检验,硬度完全能够达到用户制作链条的要求。
The trial process of Converter Steelmaking ＋ Hot Rolling of Strip for manufacturing 40 Mn narrow strip was introduced. The 40ran narrow strip meeting with national requirements was trial-manufactured by designing reasonable chemical compositions, smelting process and rolling process of steel. And its hardness can meet the customer＇s requirements for chain completely after simulating the property testing of hot treatment and post treatment of customer.
