The rolling process adopted by developing Ф8.0mm reinforced coil.was elaborated, the process requirements and technical preparation of first trail production were introduced, the problems occurred in trail production and technical measures taken were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put forward against the product dimension and mechanical property as well as existing problems.
