随着板材产量的不断提高,新品种的不断出现,客户对板材的表面质量要求也越来越高。就板材生产中严重影响钢板表面质量的矫直机工作辊压痕问题进行了探讨,对其产生的原因进行了深入的分析,并提出了一些行之有效的解决措施,极大的减少了矫直辊压痕,改善了板面质量,提高了经济效益。

With the continuous improvement of plate production and the continuous emergence of new varieties, customers＇ requirements on the plate surface quality are also getting higher and higher. In this paper, the dinges caused by work roller of flattener and intluened the production of plate surface quality seriously were discussed, the reasons for it were analyzed deeply, and some effective solutions were put forward to reduce the dinges greatly and improve the surface quality of the plate as well as improve the economic efficiency.
