精轧穿带的稳定性会直接影响窄带钢的轧制稳定性与产品综合成材率。列举了引起穿带不稳的可能因素,并逐一分析了这些因素在武钢集团鄂钢公司生产中的实际情况以及控制穿带稳定性的措施。
Stability of finishing threading will influence the rolling stability and comprehensive rolling yield of narrow strip. The possible factors resulting in unstable threading were listed and analyzed its actual status in the production of Egang, and the countermeasures to control the stability of threading were analyzed.
