摘要 简要介绍了川威集团高棒车间Φ25mm带肋钢筋工艺优化的设计方案及效果,通过对该规格工艺优化设计,解决了因电机负荷过重导致无法提高Φ25mm带肋钢筋的轧制速度,严重制约着该规格产品的产量的问题,大大提高了其机时产量,取得了良好的效益。 Design scheme of process optimization for Ф25mm ribbed bar and its effects were introduced. The problems that the rolling speed of Ф25mm ribbed bar can not increased because of overload of motors resulting in restricting the output of this kind of products were resolved by process optimization design, and the output of mill per hour has been improved greatly and good benefits have been achieved.
