Brief Analysis on Low Cost for Rolling Procedure Operation

当前,受国际金融危机影响,钢铁行业身陷困境。为克服困难,应对挑战,各钢铁企业纷纷创新思维,调整思路,努力在降低生产成本上下功夫。结合安钢提出的"建立市场倒逼机制,深层系统挖潜"的工作方针,对几种轧钢工序低成本运行思路进行了浅析,以供商榷。

At present, iron and steel industry is in distress under the international financial crisis. In order to overcome difficulties and challenges,iron and steel enterprises have to think creatively, to adjust their thinking, and strive to work hard to reduce production costs. Several thoughts of low cost for rolling procedure operation were analyzed by combining with the working policy of ＂ Establishment of Reversed Transmission of the Pressure for Easing Monetary Condition to Tap the Potential Ability of System Deeply ＂ proposed by Angang for discussion.
