摘要
乳化液中氯离子侵入对带钢有一定的腐蚀作用,可以破坏带钢表面的钝化膜而引起带钢表面局部腐蚀,对腐蚀过程起到催化作用,叙述了带钢的腐蚀机理以及乳化液中氯离子含量的稳定控制。
The chlorine ion in emulsion can corrode strip steel certainly,can destroy the passivating film on the strip steel surface resulting in partial corrosion and accelerating the corrosion procedure on the surface of strip. The corrosion mechanism of strip and the stable control for Chlorine ion content in emulsion were elaborated.
