摘要 第一学历歧视是一种新型的就业歧视,指用人单位在录取过程中,除了对最高学历进行审查外,还对毕业生的第一学历进行审查,分出等级,区别对待。伴随着高校扩招政策的实施,第一学历歧视现象越来越严重,损害了公民的平等权,尤其是就业平等权;大大挫伤了公民奋斗的积极性;严重影响了社会对人才的评价。造成就业中第一学历歧视产生的社会心理因素包括:刻板印象,大众对国家研究生招生和研究生教育的不信任心理,学生自身的不自信心理,企业招聘者的心理优势地位和名校情结等。相应的对策包括:转变传统观念,完善招生制度、提高教育质量,更新观念、培养学生健康心理素质,加强法制建设和完善救济。 The discrimination against applicants with low first--record of college refers to the current situation that the employing units will examine not only the highest educational degree of the applicants but the first one, according to which the applicants will be diversely treated. With the expansion of higher education, this discrimination becomes increasingly severe, which infringes upon people's rights of equality, in particular, the equal right in job market; deflates people's enthusiasm of striving; and leads to the society's improper judgment of talents. Which causes the discrimination include stereotyped impression, people's suspicion of graduate enrollment and education, students' unconfident mentality and the employers' psychological superiority and preference to celebrated colleges. And the solutions include changing traditional concepts, ameliorating the enrollment system, improving educational quality, developing students' psychological diathesis, strengthening the legislative construction and enhancing the relief.
