针对石化企业工程造价管理的特点,以零星工程和招投标工程为例,对这两个不同管理对象所涉及的签证管理、招投标管理等几个方面存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并提出一些建议。

Based pm the characteristics of engineering cost management of refining and chemical enterprises, taking piecemeal engineering and bidding project for example, some questions conceming the legalizing management and bidding management are discussed and some suggestions are proposed.
