城乡一体化发展与高职人才培养模式的转变

Integration of Rural and Urban Areas & the Transformation of Vocational Personnel Education Mode

阐述了城乡一体化的含义及张家港城乡一体化的进程,以县办大学沙洲职业工学院为例,研究地方高职教育对城乡一体化建设的影响。同时指出了高职教育在专业设置、课程改革等方面要以地方经济为导向,加强校企合作、工学结合,为地方经济发展提供高素质的应用型技术人才,提高科技对城乡一体化的贡献率。

A brief description of the meaning of integration of rural and urban areas and such integration process in Zhangjiagang City is given. Taking the locally-sponsored college, Shazhou Vocational Institute of Technology, as an example, the influence of regional vocational education on the establishment of integrating process of rural and urban areas is studied. Meanwhile, it is stated that in vocational education, the regional economy should be set as a guide in terms of the programs offering and the subjects innovation, while the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the connection between study and work should be strengthened so as to bring out high-level practical and technical personnel for the development of regional economy and contribute to the progress of the integration of rural and urban areas.
