From the theoretical origin and developing trend,the evidence exchange system and antagonism has formed a paradoxical relationship between cooperation and confrontation,while its development is based on the weakening of antagonism.Therefore,to perfect our country’s system of exchange evidence,the key is to be made out for evidence against exchange system construction,thus construct real situation of the procedure system in our country.
