摘要
目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)和脑电图(EEG)对儿童偏头痛的诊断价值。方法对278例儿童偏头痛在发作期进行TCD和EEG检测,并进行对比分析。结果TCD显示有脑血流动力学异常者242例(87%)。EEG检查有样放电11例(4%),非特异性改变108例(39%)。结论偏头痛儿童在发作期联合应用TCD和EEG检测相结合对儿童偏头痛的诊断和选择用药具有重大价值。
Objective To investigate the diagostic value of transeranial Doppler（TCD） and electroencephalography（EEG） in children with migraine. Methods Two hundred and seventy-eight cases of migraine were inspected by TCD and EEG , and compared with controls. Results There were 242 abnormal cases of TCD in the 278 cases of migraine, the abnoraml rate was 87%. There were 119 abnomal cases of EEG in migraine group,the abnormal rate was 43%. Conclusion TCD associated with EEG have great value in the diagnosis and choice of medicine in the children with migraine.
