摘要
活塞是钻井泵的主要易损件之一,其失效主要发生在活塞运动过程中。利用有限元软件对活塞的运动过程进行模拟,得到了活塞的应力和位移云图及接触应力和摩擦力云图。通过分析得到了在不同皮碗唇部过盈量和唇角时,活塞的接触应力分布规律曲线。
Piston is one of vulnerable parts in drilling pump, and its malfunction occurs mostly during its work process. The simulation of piston work process was made with the finite element analysis software, the nephograms of piston stress and displacement was acquired, and the nephograms of its contact stress and friction stress was acquired as well. Through the analysis, the piston's contact stress distributed rule curve was obtained when piston lip had different shrink ranges and lip angles.
