摘要 钻井井架平面摆动实时监测系统主要由激光器、平面光电传感器阵列、编码器、数据采集卡与计算机及软件编程等组成。将激光器安装在钻井井架顶部,激光器随井架摆动时,激光束垂直向下照射到地面上水平安装的光电传感器阵列上,阵列中光电传感器感受激光后输出一定幅度的电平电压信号,经编码后,通过数据采集卡输入计算机进行处理、实时显示摆动轨迹、超限报警、数据存储等。该系统能对井架的宏观摆动进行直观、有效的实时监测,为井架应力分析和故障评价提供实用信息,并能有效地防止井架事故发生,能用于桥梁、高层建筑、塔吊等在运行过程中或自然风暴作用下的摆动监测,有效地防止建筑事故发生。 The real-time monitoring system for Derrick Swing is made up of laser, array of photoelectric sensors, coder, data acquisition card, computer and software and so on. The laser is installed on the top of derrick, and it is swinging along with derrick. The laser light illuminates vertically on the array of photoelectric sensors on the ground. Photoelectric sensor receives the laser light and changes it into voltage signal. After coding, the signals input computer by Data acquisition card and process, display swing locus and memory, and alarm when overrun. The sys- tem provides useful information for analysis of derrick stress and evaluating of derrick trouble. It also can prevent accident of derrick. This equipment also can be used to measure swing of bridge, tall building and tower crane, and to prevent accident of buildings.
