摘要
介绍了海洋模块钻修机固控系统的构成、配置参数、工作原理、工艺流程。在小模块海洋钻机的设计过程中,必须考虑吊装质量和工艺流程的要求,需要对固控系统进行多橇块和多方位设计。以SZ36-1型钻机模块固控系统设计方案为例,对其进行橇块划分,并给出了海洋钻机泥浆罐结构设计优化思路。
Study on the light modular ocean drilling machine solid controlling system was made, analyzing the solid controlling system components and configuration parameters, as well as the working principle applied to solid controlling system of marine module drilling machine and the technology processes. In designing process to small model of marine drilling rig, the weight of lifting and the request to processes must be taken into account, so the multi-skid block and multilocation design for slurry circulation and solid controlling system was needed. Taking the designing system of SZ36-1 rig modules in the solid controlling system for an example, the skid blocksize was selected, and attention points on optimizing ideas was given in designing the mud tank structural to ocean drilling rig.
