社区建设的组织化困境

随着基层社区组织的多元化,社区类型出现了较大的分化,社区自治出现了不同路径的选择。在一些业主自治型社区及混合过渡型社区中,业委会作为核心自治组织,常常不能有效解决其内部业主之间的利益矛盾,从而显现了城市社区建设的组织化困境。由此,在当前社区自治的组织基础薄弱,亦即"社会"自行生成能力不足的情况下,居委会等代表"国家"力量的适度介入仍是必要的,混合过渡型社区在当前仍有着较强的适应性。

With the development of community organizations at the grass roots,there are some different community types and different community autonomy routes.In the owners-autonomy communities and mixed transitional communities,as the kernel autonomy organization,owners committee generally can't deal well with the interest contradictions between the owners effectively so as to present the organizational puzzle of the community construction.Therefore,there is little organizational foundation in the current owner organizations,and the 'society' can't be generated spontaneously.As the representation of the 'state',the moderate intervention of residents committee is quite necessary.So mixed transitional community is generally adaptive at present.
