Horizontal and vertical differentiabilities of three point transition functions {P(s,t;x,y,z,A):s,t>0,x,y,z∈E,A∈ε} of two parameter jump processes at original point when A is single point set are discussed, and some conditions ensuring that corresponding derivatives of three-point transition functions are bound or finite are given.
