Without consideration of continuity of process in cognition,the uncertainty of informaion can′t be well described by interval fuzzy set.In order to make up this deficiency this paper advances the concept of generalized possibility interval set and NOT AND OR operators on the set,then,gives out its application in the knowledge representation.
