钢螺旋槽管替代高压加热器中的铜光滑管的传热特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 电站高压加热器中的铜管由于受锅炉给水pH值提高的影响,易于腐蚀而造成使用寿命短的问题,开展了采用钢质螺旋槽管替代原来的铜质光滑管并使其达到原来的换热性能的研究.以钢质光滑管、钢质螺旋槽管和铜质光滑管为元件,以水蒸汽-水为介质的立式单管凝结换热试验的结果表明.钢质螺旋槽的总传热系数比钢质光滑管提高了10%~17%.这一提高幅度虽没有达到铜螺旋槽管所提高的幅度,但它还是达到了与铜质光滑管的总换热系数相当的程度.因此可以采用钢质螺旋槽管替代高压加热器中的铜质光滑管,实现锅炉给水系统的无铜化要求. The carbon steel spirally fluted tube is introduced and investigated for replacing the copper on the high pressure preheater because its heat transfer element of the copper tubes could be corroded by the boiler feedwater with NH 3·H 2O. The experimental results show that the total heat transfer coefficient of the carbon steel spirally fluted tube is only 10% ̄17% larger than that of the carbon steel plain tube because of its poor manufacturing process. But it could approximate to that of the coper plain tube. So the replacement of copper plain tube by carbon steel is feasible.
