摘要
针对单一磺基甜菜碱SB表面活性剂界面特性差的缺点,通过仪器检测和理论分析的方法,研究了2种磺基甜菜碱SB系列复配后表面活性剂体系的界面特性及其与聚合物的配伍性,并研究了在SB4—SB1复配体系中加入少量牺牲剂磷酸钠对体系界面张力的影响规律。结果表明,SB4与SB1复配效果较好的3种复配比分别为96∶4,95∶5和94∶6,按照这3种复配比分别在质量分数为0.05%,0.1%和0.3%的条件下配制复配体系,这些复配体系与大庆油田原油间的界面张力均能达到10-3mN/m超低界面张力;随着放置时间的延长,复配体系与原油间的界面张力呈现先减小后增大的趋势;加入磷酸钠后复配体系与原油间的界面张力值明显低于未加磷酸钠的复配体系,且加入磷酸钠的最佳质量分数为0.2%;与SB4—SB1复配体系相比,在SB4—SB11复配体系中加入聚合物后,复配体系与原油间的界面张力更低,驱油效果更好。
For the single SB surfactant has poor interfacial performance,the interfacial performance of the combined sulphonate betaine (SB) surfactant was researched based on apparatus detecting and theoretical analysis,as well as its compatibility with polymer and the influence of Na3PO4 on the interfacial tension. The experimental results show that the optimal combination ratios of the SB4 to SB1 are 96: 4,95:5 and 94: 6,where the ultralow interfacial tension ( 10-3mN/m) between the system and Daqing crude oil can be obtained under the system concentration of 0.05% ,0. 1% and 0.3%. And the interfacial tension decreases first and then increases with the time. When the Na3 PO4 is added to the combination system,a lower interfacial tension can be obtained,with the optimal Na3 PO4 concentration of 0.2%. Compared with 'SB4/SB1 'combination,the' SB4/SB1 1 'systerm has w lower interfacial tension and better oil displacement result with the polymer added.
