我国教育事业60年的发展及其对经济发展的推动作用 被引量:5

摘要 60年来,我国教育事业取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就,实现了高等教育大众化和高中教育普及化的历史性跨越,完成了由人口大国向人力资源大国的转变。人力资源素质提高和结构改善,有力地支持了我国经济结构调整、对外开放和经济增长方式的转型,支撑了我国经济社会的高速、协调、可持续的发展。实证分析表明:我国经济增长转型已经取得实质性突破,教育贡献率(TFP)已经达到了51.61%,其中,教育的直接贡献率8.63%,间接贡献率42.98%。教育的直接贡献率较小且呈减缓趋势,说明教育的发展积累了越来越多的问题,规模与质量的矛盾越来越突出。因此,巩固教育发展成果,大力提高教育质量,应是今后乃至长期的既定政策。 In the past 60 years, China' s education has made great achievements and attracted worldwide attention, We have implemented the historic leaping on the realization of high school education popularization and the universality of high school, and completed the change from the large population to human resources. With the improvement of the quality and structure of human resources, it not only provides strong support to China' s economic restructuring, opening to the outside world and the transformation of the mode of economic growth, but also sustains China's economic and social' s high-speed, coordinated and sustainable development. Therefore, consolidating the achievement of the development of education, vigorously improving the quality of education should be the established pohcy of long-term future as well.
