Study on Evolution Pattern of Emerging Technology and Its Inspiration to Management

新兴技术对传统产业的破坏对象有两类——核心经营活动和核心资产。按照破坏对象的不同,本文从核心资产颠覆和核心经营活动颠覆两个维度将新兴技术的演化模式划分为三种类型,并结合具体的实例对所提出的三种新兴技术演化模式的特点进行分析。在此基础上,针对不同类型的新兴技术演化模式,总结了差异化的管理启示。

Objects disrupted by emerging technologies can be classified into core assets and core operation activities. Based on this classification three evolution patterns of emerging technologies are presented from two aspects,and the traits of three evolution patterns are analyzed by tech nology examples. Finallly,different inspirations to management are presented according to different evolution patterns.
