摘要
本文通过分析传统的汽车零部件入厂物流模式的缺陷,采用了仿真对比方法,提出了集成Milk-run和Supply-hub的零部件入厂物流运作模式。结果表明:相对于传统模式,集成模式提高了零部件对整车生产厂的及时供货率,降低了供应链入厂物流总成本,克服了传统模式的弊端,保证了整车生产厂和汽车供应链的良性运行。
This paper summarizes the defects existing in the traditional inbound logistics mode of auto parts,and uses an simulation contrastive method to put forward an integrated inbound logistics mode which integrates Milk-run and Supply-hub. The results show that:compared with the traditional mode,the integrated mode increases the prompt delivery rate of vehicle parts to plants,and reduces the total cost of inbound logistics, and overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional mode, and ensures the effective operation of vehicle manufacturers and automotive supply chain.
