摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对长白山区紫椴花粉的形态进行了观察分析,并详细地描述了花粉的外部形态.结果表明,紫椴花粉粒大小、孔沟器形态和外壁纹饰可作为分类参考.
The pollen morphology of Tilia amurensis Rupr.in Changbai Mountain was observed and analyzed by using L.M. and SEM. The external morphologies were described in detail.The results showed that the pollen size,germinal apertures and the exine ornamentation can identify species as a reference.
