大中小学生书写能力下降原因解析及对策

Analysis of the Decrease of the Students' Handwriting and Its Countermeasures

教学师资的匮乏、升学压力的影响、学生长期书写习惯的差异以及大学阶段电脑普及等方面影响,是近些年来大中小学生书写能力下降的根本原因。以政府为主导,对症下药,在大中小学书写等级标准的推出、教师资格的认定、高考阅卷评分标准的改革等方面严格把关,注重养成中小学生良好的书写习惯,强化高校尤其是师范院校学生书写质量,是提高大中小学生书写水平的有效措施。

The factors leading to the decrease of the students＇ handwriting are lack of teachers, pressure from the examinations, students＇ writing habits and the popularity of computers at the university. The problems can be solved through guiding by the government, putting forward the different writing criteria for students at various stages, increasing the requirements of issuing the Teaching Certificate, reforming the scoring system of the National Entrance Examination, developing student＇ s good handwriting habits and including the handwriting in the teacher＇ s further education. The key to solving the problem is to pay more attention to the student＇ s handwriting ability at the normal university.
