简介三峡一期工程安全监测的实施与监理。全面反映安全监测及施工监理工作和有关条例的实施。三峡一期工程安全监测的实践经验和取得的成果,对今后长期的工作具有参照和规范的意义。
In this paper, the construction and supervision of the .first phase safety monitoring project of the Three Gorges Project is introduced, safety monitoring, project supervising and regulations implementation are described. The experience and results obtained in the practice of safety monitoring are of great value to standardisation of safety monitoring.
