胰头十二指肠切除术后胃瘫15例临床分析

Gastroparesis after pancreatoduodenectomy:clinical analysis of 15 cases

目的探讨胰头十二指肠切除术后胃瘫的临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我科近年收治的15例胰头十二指肠切除术后胃瘫患者的临床资料,对其病因、临床症状、诊断及治疗进行分析。结果所有患者均经肠内营养为主的综合疗法治愈,恢复时间为15～98d,平均33.2d。15例中,2例术后15～20d恢复,8例21～28d恢复,3例30～35d恢复,2例80～98d恢复。结论胰头十二指肠切除术后胃瘫属功能性病变,保守治疗可以治愈。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment experince to the gastroparesis after pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases with gastroparesis after pancreatoduodenectomy were reviewed retrospectively. The inducement, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results All the patients were cured by systematic methods mainly included enteral nutritional （EN）. The recovery time were 15-98 days, with an average of 33.2 days. In 15 cases, 2 cases were recovered within 15-20 days after operation, 8 cases were recovered within 21-28 days, 3 cases were recoved within 30N35 days and 2 cases were recovered within 80-98 days. Conclusion The gastroparesis can be treated by comprehensive methods of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine because of its functional disease.
