电子线阵式超声内镜在上消化道黏膜下病变诊断中的作用

Effects of submucosal lesions of the upper digestive tract's diagnosis on electronic beam scanning endoscopic ultrasonography

目的评估电子线阵式超声内镜(EUS)对上消化道黏膜下病变诊断价值。方法用电子线阵式超声内镜对138例上消化道黏膜下病变进行检查,并对其中17例行细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查(EUS-FNA)。结果其中食管癌2例,胃淋巴瘤1例,黏膜下肿瘤113例,消化道壁外压迫22例。17例行细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查(EUS-FNA),其中14例取材成功可以进行病理诊断(82.5%)。结论电子线阵式超声内镜能满意的对上消化道黏膜下病变进行起源和初步定性诊断,结合细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查能有效提高诊断的准确性。

Objective The appraisal of electronic linear scanning endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） of the upper gastrointestinal tract diagnosis of submucosal lesions. Methods Electronic linear scanning endoscopic uhrasonography in 138 patients with upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions examined, and 17 cases in which the use of fine-needle aspiration cytology （EUS-FNA）. Results Including 2 cases of esophageal cancer, gastric lymphoma, 1 case of submucosal tumor of 113 patients, 22 cases of oppression outside wall of the digestive tract. 17 routine fine-needle aspiration cytology （EUS-FNA）, of which 14 patients with pathological diagnosis can be successfully derived （82.5%）. Conclusion Electronic beam scanning endoscopic ultrasonography can be satisfied with submucosal lesions of the upper digestive tract to the origin and initial qualitative diagnosis, combined with fine-needle aspiration cytology can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
