职业认同程度是决定一个人职业发展成败的重要指标。社会学视野下的职业认同主要是指角色认同。幼儿教师由于经济地位、社会声望偏低导致角色失调、角色冲突,甚至出现行为偏差。因此,要增强幼儿教师的职业认同感,就必须切实提高幼儿教师的经济地位和社会声望。
The degree of professional recognition is an important indicator determining a person's career development. The professional recognition from the sociology perspective mainly refers to the role recognition. Low economic status and low social prestige will lead kindergarten teachers to the role disorders, role conflict, or even improper behavior. Therefore, the economic status of kindergarten teachers and social prestige must be effectively improved to enhance their professional recognition.
