摘要
目的了解我院抗感染药物不良反应(ADR)发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2006年1月～2008年12月收集到的336例抗感染药物ADR报告分别从患者年龄、药物剂型、给药途径、临床具体表现以及涉及药物种类等方面进行统计、分析。结果336例ADR中,主要与抗感染药物使用、中药注射剂质量、注射剂联合应用的种类、静脉给药方式、患者年龄偏大有关,ADR最常见表现为皮肤及其附件损害。结论应合理使用抗感染药物,尽量避免联合应用注射剂,以减少ADR的发生。
Objective To understand the adverse reactions （ADR） occurrence of the anti-infective drugs in our hospital and its characteristics,and promote clinical rational drug use.Methods Collected 336 cases of anti-infectives ADR reports from January 2006-December 2008. Make statistical analysis of the patient s age,drug dosage form,route of administration,clinical performance,as well as specific types of drugs involved.Results In 336 cases of ADR,the main cause related are：the use of anti-infective drugs; quality of traditional Chinese medicine injection ; the types of combined used injections ; the way of intravenous administration ; and patients＇ older age. ADR most commonly manifested as damage to skin and its appendages. Conclusion Should use the anti -infection medicine reasonably, avoids uniting the application of injection as far as possible, and in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
