摘要
目的探讨马方综合征晶状体脱位的护理经验。方法回顾性分析34例马方综合征晶体脱位围手术期护理方法。结果本组34例患者经过做好心理疏导,术前术后护理,术后视力均明显提高。结论术前做好围手术期的术前、术后护理、心理护理及做好健康教育,对提高手术效果具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the experience in nursing patients with lens dislocation subsequent to marfan s syndrome.Methods The perioperative nursing care of 34 patients with lens dislocation subsequent to marfan s syndrome was studied retrospectively.Results The 34 patients received preoperative care,psychological care,postoperative care and treatment of complications. The visual acuities of all patients were improved.Conclusion Excellent perioperative care including physical care and health education is important to improving surgery outcomes.
